It was Frank A. Mungo’s direction to invest in the most positive experience possible with every one of our customers. He insisted upon TEC to offer detailed classes on sales, engineering, service, and installation. Over the decades, these training programs have expanded to make TEC the premier HVAC training program in the Midwest.
Training your staff
Whether you are a newcomer to the HVAC business or a seasoned professional in sales or service, you will find something of value in the variety of classroom, hands-on workshop, and on-line training classes offered by TEC. Even more foundational to success, are our celebrated Technical Development Programs and basic Financial Training classes. TEC offers 150 different classes each year. We feel honored to prepare nearly 3000 salesmen, service techs, office personnel, and principals for the ever-challenging encounters of your business.
All of our instructors are seasoned veterans of the HVAC industry. Our goal is to provide you with the very best instruction possible, to help you educate your sales and technical staff, and to grow your company.
Attend Our Classes
Our state-of-the-art training facilities include 3 large Training Centers located in Melrose Park, Elgin, and Lansing. They all have the latest in High Technology sound and projection equipment. Our hands-on technician labs in Melrose Park and Lansing include residential split systems, duct free splits, fan coils, boilers, and chillers. Additionally, TEC has 5 smaller satellite training facilities in Libertyville, Rockford, South Bend (IN), Tinley Park, and West Allis (WI).
