Alsip - Brad Rein
Brad began his career at Harry Alter in July of 1996. He began working in the Lansing shipping and receiving department. Within a few months he was transferred to our Joliet location to set up and help open our newest store at that time. Brad continued to assist in nine different store locations over five years in a variety of capacities. In December of 2001 he was promoted to Branch Manager of our Alsip location. Since that time Alsip has grown exponentially in sales as well as doubled in physical size. Brad continues to do a great job for Harry Alter and TEC.

Chicago, NW Hwy - Brandon Rutkowski
Brandon began his career in our East Dundee in 2001 which moved to Elgin. Has contributed to the success of these branches and the customer relationships. In 2011 he was promoted to manager of our Chicago Northwest Highway location. Brandon has continued his education by attending numerous product and service training classes and RCD Midwest Regional’s during his employment.

Chicago, Maplewood - Mark Wiseman
Mark began working at TEC in 1989. He started by working the UPS desk on Ruby Street and then worked the warehouse in the late evenings. He then transferred to the Lansing store and before long became the Branch Manager of that location. In September of 2009 Mark came up north to run the newly opened Maplewood location for Harry Alter and that's where he is at today.

Elgin - David Robbins
Dave began his career with Harry Alter in the fall of 98 working in the warehouse at our Rockford location. After a short time he was quickly moved to the parts counter. Dave was then transferred to the Harry Alter Elgin facility and became Branch Manager of that location in 2003. Dave has contniued his HVAC education by completeing a number training courses including Totaline Masters.

Elk Grove Village - Bob Johnson
Currently attending COD to finish an HVAC contracting degree and Associates in Applied Science is HVAC certified with an EPA card. While attending school and a brief HVAC field position Bob joined The Harry Alter Co / TEC Naperville in 2006. He has worked at our Joliet facility as well as assisted in relocations of Naperville, Joliet and Alsip. He was promoted to Branch Manager of our Elk Grove store in 2010. Bob continues his education by attending product and service training classes, RCD Midwest Regional’s.

Joliet - Dave DiBartolomeo
Dave began his career in HVAC in 1991. He has resided in the joliet area. He has worked in HVAC distribution for 18 years, then spend 1 year in the field, and joinined Harry Alter in spring of 1991. He has been a Branch Manager for just over 18 years. Dave has completed a number training courses including Totaline Masters.

Lansing - Carol Mason
Carol has been in the HVAC business now for 23 years and is a seasoned veteran. She held a position in the Credit Department before moving into Government sales. She came to TEC in 1991 and has worked and managed several of our locations including Oakley and Maplewood. Today she is managing Lansing. Carol is known for her knowledge in refrigeration and top quality customer service. She has also completed numerous training courses throughout the years, including the Totaline Masters program.

Libertyville - Don Zabran
Don joined Temperture Equiment in March of 1993 He was a machineist by trade and worked as an HVAC service technition for 8 years. Don has taken completed Totalline Masters 1, and has completed numerous other training courses, including specialized FAP training in Syracuse New York.

Lyons - Nick LaGreco
Nick joined Temperature Equipment in April of 2004. Nick’s Background is in the customer service industry. He has worked in a hospital, a five star hotel and a pharmaceutical company. He has over twenty years of experience in the customer service industry. During the last six years Nick has taken numerous HVAC classes rapidly earned his place as the Branch Manager of our Lyons facility. Brian Basek from Basek Refrigeration has been quoted saying “The Lyons store always does a great job. When I am there Nick and Jim make me feel like family.

Melrose Park - Rob Kenney
Rob began his career with Harry Alter 8 years ago.  He has worked in several locations which include; Melrose Park, Northfield, and Chicago Northwest Hwy.  He has been a Branch Manager for 3 years and is currently managing our Melrose Park facility.  Rob has earned a certificate in HVAC/R from Triton College as well as a Bachelor degree in Illustration. He has also completed Totaline’s Masters Manager Course and has taken several additional training courses to increase his HVAC knowledge.

Naperville - Ryan Ebert
Graduated Concordia University in 2007 and took an internship with the Milwaukee Brewers. Started working with Harry Alter / TEC in 2008 at the Alsip location. His time in Alsip with the amount of commercial, residential, refrigeration and Hydronics in the area grew his knowledge of the HVAR industry quickly. In 2011 Ryan was promoted to manager of the Naperville facility. Ryan continues his education by attending numerous product and service training classes, RCD Midwest Regional’s and Masters Course.

Northfield - Chuck Apolinski
Chuck came to TEC in Oct 2005. He began at the Melrose Park location as a "Inside parts sales associate". He has been working in the hvac parts business for over 20 years. Chuck enjoys solving a good challenge and customers very much apprecaite Chuck for his folloow through. He continues to further his education by taking a number of training classes and he has completed the Totaline Masters Course.

Rockford - Kathy Kunz
Kathy began her HVAC career with Bryant Mungo, a division of Temperature Equipment, in 1993. Her initial position was part-time. She progressed to full time and then became the Branch Manager of our Rockford facility. Kathy has acquired 17 years of "Hands On" industry knowledge, She has also completed numerous training cources throught the years, including Totaline Masters I and Totaline Masters II.

South Bend - Michelle Gajdik
Michelle Gajdik has been with Harry Alter for 15 years come this September. She has worked at several of our locations including Alsip, Joliet,Valparaiso, and now South Bend.  Michelle is know for her knowledge in refrigeration and top quality customer service. She has also completed numerous training cources throught the years, including Totaline Master's Manager training and is "Universal" certified.

Tinley Park - J.C. Kasalko
J.C. began has been working the HVAC industry for more than 28 years including time spent in the field servicing and installing. He came to Harry Alter in 2007, and has been involved in the Wholesale HVAC business for more than 14 years. J.C. quickly moved from a position as Territory Manger to the Branch Store Manager of the Tinley Park location. Most that work south of I55 know and respect J.C.

Valparaiso - Don Whitaker
Don's career in HVAC/R started in 1986 with Harry Alter in Lansing IL. He worked the last seven years in our South Bend location. Cuurrently Don is the Store Manager in Valparaiso. He is known for going above and beyond to provide top quality customer service. of personality I poses and I pride myself in providing to our customers. I want customers to always know they can depend on me to provide exceptional service.
Don also carries a very strong background in refrigeration and continues to enhance his hvac education.
