UTICA BOILER'S residential products offer contractors Series MGB 80% AFUE standing pilot or 81+% AFUE electronic ignition steam boilers, Series DV induced draft 80+% AFUE electronic ignition water boilers, and Series USC separated combustion 87% AFUE HSI water boilers - all natural gas or propane fired. Multiple boiler modules for more efficient operation is available with Series MAGB Modupac consisting of two or more modules with input ranges from 500,000 BTUH to 2,400,000 BTUH. All boilers listed above are packaged with cast iron heat exchangers. High efficiency products are offered as Series UB90 90% AFUE w/ microprocessor based controls, "HIS", and forced draft blower. New to the lineup this year is the UB95M 95% AFUE w/ microprocessor based controls, direct spark ignitor, modulating automatic gas valve, and modulating blower. Both models use natural gas or propane fuels and are packaged with aluminum block heat exchangers. UTICA's light commercial Series JC 80% AFUE cast iron sectional boilers w/ low profile draft hood are available from 300,000 BTUH to 3,000,000 BTUH for field assembly.

CARRIER and BRYANT branded water and steam boilers have traditionally been locally stocked for many years. The BW1 natural draft standing pilot or BW2 natural draft electronic ignition units are the core of our lineup, but we also have a BW3 induced draft electronic ignition model rounding out the 80+ AFUE lineup. The BW9 high efficiency 90% AFUE direct vent boiler, includes sealed combustion, hot surface ignitor, and an aluminum block heat exchanger that has a long history of reliable use for fixed firing rate applications.

High efficiency stainless steel boilers from MUNCHKIN, complemented by SUPERSTOR ULTRA indirect water heaters are available from TEC stock.

Also stocked at TEC are REHAU products including O2 barrier PEX tubing for in floor radiant heating and/or snow & ice melt systems with associated manifolds, fittings, valves, and tools.
